Soon, a young man will graduate from college. He had dreams to own a beautiful sport car. He knew his father could well afford it and he told his father what he wanted.
On the morning of his graduation day, his father called him into his private study. His father praised him and told him how much he loved him. Then, his father handed him a wrapped box.
The young man was a little bit disappointed but because he really curious to know the box's content, he opened the box and found leather-bound Bible with his name embossed in gold. He was very angry, raised his voice to his father and said
"With all your money, you give me a Bible?"
He left his father and never thought to see him again. After many years, he was very success in his career and life. He had a beautiful home and family but he remembered his old father, and he thought perhaps he should go to his father.
Before he set the date, he got a telegram telling him his father had passed away and willed all of his possessions to his beloved son.
He rushed to his father's house. He felt despair and regret.
When he was searching through his father's important documents, he found the Bible which his father gave on his graduation day. It still looked new just as he had left it years ago. With the sadness filled his soul, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. And as he did, a car key dropped from the back of Bible. It had a tag with the dealer's name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation and the words 'PAID IN FULL'.
