GLO FISH.

24^TH March, 9.00 am: Presentation -> Identification of genetically modified organism using PCR assay. Organism= Glo fish also known as transgenic zebrafish or Danio Rerio.

Objective: To identify transgenic zebrafish by using PCR.

Method:

1. measurement of protein fluorescence
   
2. Extraction of DNA
   
3. Positive control for the presence Yellow and Red fluorescence protein
   
4. Run PCR
   
5. Characterization of amplicon..
